The hole at the bottom of the filter which slots over the nozzle at the bottom of the filter compartment of my hot tub was too large. The result is that the filter floats to the top of the filter compartment. This has never happened with any other filters that I have bought for this hot tub over the past 3 years. Normally the filter clings to the nozzle in the filter compartment and does not float up.
SPLASH SPAS COMMENT: That is strange, we have never had that problem before. We have checked the hole diameter of the rest of our stock and they do all appear to be correct, so maybe one slipped through the quality control check.
