Active Oxygen

Active Oxygen is a gentle, odour-less alternative to the traditional methods of disinfecting your hot tub water with chlorine or bromine.

Active Oxygen sanitation systems comprise two components that work synergistically together:

• Active Oxygen Tablets - These quick dissolving tablets should be added to your water on filling the tub and then prior to bathing, or weekly if the tub is not used, to destroy bacteria and remove organic impurities.
• Active Oxygen Activator Liquid - This liquid is a long-lasting activator which should be used weekly in conjunction with the Active Oxygen Tablets to activate the disinfectant effect of the tablets and prevent algae growth.

When used together these products very closely replicate the effect that you achieve by using chlorine, with less likelihood of skin irritation and without the significant disadvantages of smell and bleaching.
