Pristine Blue is a unique dual action bactericide and algaecide based on the santitising properties of copper. Pristine Blue is a completely chlorine and bromine-free alternative to traditional hot tub water care.
The bactericidal properties of copper have been known for centuries, it is one of the reasons why, in the UK, our houses have copper water pipes and copper hot water storage tanks. It is completely harmless to bathers and, in fact, it is so safe that it is often used as a drinking water additive in the USA.
