Hot Tub Delivery & Installation
Will there be a delivery
charge?
When
will my hot tub be delivered?
How will my hot tub arrive?
How much does it cost for installation?
If you live within the area marked in green on the map we will deliver
your hot tub completely free of charge.
If you live
in the amber area we will deliver to you, but there will be an
additional charge of between £100 and £300. Please contact us
with your post code for a quotation. If you live in this area
and choose our installation service,
delivery is included in the price of the installation.
If you live
within the blue area we will deliver to you, but we cannot install
and commission your spa. There will be an additional charge
for delivery. Please contact us with your post code for a
quotation.
When you order your hot tub we will contact
you by telephone within 48 hours (Monday -
Friday) to agree an approximate delivery
date. For hot tubs that are in stock,
delivery will usually be 5-10 working days
from the date of order.
We attempt to maintain all models and
colours in stock at all times, but it is
very difficult to predict exactly what
people will choose to buy and so inevitably
we do sometimes run out of stock. If
your preferred choice of colour or model is
out of stock then delivery could be up to 6
weeks from order. However, we will
give you the option to change to a different
colour or model, or even to cancel your
order, if the spa you've chosen is not
immediately available.
Our delivery agents will
contact you direct to arrange a convenient
time for you to accept your spa.
Your spa will not be delivered until contact
has been made and a delivery day and
approximate time agreed with you.
When your hot tub
arrives it will be packed, usually on its
side, on a pallet and look very much like
the ones in the picture.
It will be delivered on a truck with a tail
lift. The driver will off-load the pallet
using a pallet lift and place it on your
property, assuming that there is clear
access.
The driver will not move the tub to the back
of your house or help to install it.
Almost all of our Hot Tubs are very rugged
and they are all very well packed, so it is
a relatively straightforward job to move
them into place. You then simply need
to remove the side panel with a screwdriver
and connect up the three wires from your
electrical supply cable. Fill up with
water, add some sanitizer and get in!
If you
prefer, we will install your hot tub for you. This means that we
will deliver your hot tub on a flat bed truck and two very nice
gentlemen will move it into place, wire it up to your electricity
supply, fill it with water, add your chosen sanitation system and
explain to you how everything works. They will also install a
cover lifter for you, if you have purchased one with your hot tub.
These prices assume that you have clear access and that you don't
need a crane. If you need to remove fence panels or gates in
order to get the tub into place these prices also assume that you
have already done that before we arrive.
To avoid
any disappointment please have a look at our
Hot Tubs Installation Advice before you request us to install
your tub.

Electricity Supply - Please Note: Depending on the
model chosen, the power requirements will be either 13 amp or 30 amp
single phase. A qualified electrician must install the power
supply, which must be wired through a Residual Current Device (RCD),
or circuit breaker, at least 2 metres away from the hot tub. All
outside cable must be armoured. Hot tubs rated at 13 amps may
be connected via a standard, switchable, waterproof 3 pin socket.
Hot tubs rated at 30 amps will need to be wired directly into a
waterproof (IP55 or above), switchable junction box. Our
installers will only wire up the tub to your cable, you must get a
qualified electrician to install the cable. |
