The Cover Cap is a new product from the USA and is made from tough, durable woven polyethylene in a reflective metallic grey. It is designed specifically to provide the protection that your hot tub cover needs from rain, snow and harsh sunshine.
The Cover Cap features an elasticated skirt that will ensure a snug fit to your hot tub skirting.
Available in 4 sizes:
7’ x 7’ x 12” skirt length
8’ x 8’ x 12” skirt length

Have used one for well over a year now and its starting to deteriorate so probably time to buy a new one. It did protect the cover from the worst of the weather however mine didn't fit totally over the spa so its a real pity that they don't make one slightly larger. Personally I think its a wee bit over priced for what it is but I guess cheaper than buying a new cover. Whether it helps retain the heat, I couldn't say because mine doesn't fit properly.

Fitted perfectly and was easy to fit. Will help to protect the cover and hopefully have some impact on maintaining the temperature using less energy.

looks rather like a showercap over the whole spa, but protects the spa cover form the worst of the weather and also from being pulled about by the wind. Too early to tell yet whether it will contribute to keeping my heating bills down but it's another layer of insulation , so am expecting a benefit here too.
