Powdered Filter Cleaners

Powdered filter cleaners may either be used in a Filter Soak Container or the dishwasher. Use a filter cleaning tool to remove the debris from between the filter pleats and remember that all filters perform better if they are allowed to dry out completely after cleaning so you might find it useful to keep a spare pair of filters and rotate them. Splash Spas Spa Powder Filter Cleaner

Splash Spas Powdered Filter Cleaner is a rapidly soluble formula that may be used in a Filter Soak Container or the dishwasher. Use 10 scoops per 18 litres of water and ensure that the cartridge is completely immersed and soak overnight. Alternatively use 5 scoops in your dishwasher.

Splash Spas FilterONE

A fast acting and non-foaming powdered filter cartridge cleanser that removes oils, grease and limescale from hot tub filters.

Combine 1-2 capfuls of filterONE with up to 20 litres of water, agitate and allow to soak for at least one hour. Alternatively, use in your dishwasher. See Hot Tub Filter Cleaning for instructions on how to clean your spa filters.

Up to 15 uses per bottle, depending on filter size.

Ideal for use with the ecoONE spa maintenance system. For best results allow filters to dry naturally after cleaning.

AquaSPArkle Immerse

AquaSPArkle Immerse is a top quality powdered filter cleaner that removes oils, grease, rust and, particularly, scale from hot tub filter cartridges.

Immerse is a rapidly soluble formula that may be used in a Filter Soak Container or the dishwasher. Use one sachet per 18 litres of water, ensure that the cartridge is completely immersed and soak overnight. Alternatively, use half a sachet in your dishwasher.

For best results allow cartridge to dry before re-installing.

Filter Brite

SpaGuard Filter Brite is a powdered cleaner that removes oils, greases, scale and rust from hot tub filters. Filter Brite also sanitises the filter, preventing the accumulation of bacteria and algae.

Use one sachet of SpaGuard Filter Brite per 20 litres of water, completely immerse the filter and leave to soak overnight.

Alternatively, use Filter Brite in your dishwasher.

Water Wand

It's claimed that this is the world's first hand-held cartridge filter cleaner. It certainly makes cartridge cleaning quick & easy. It cleans 8 pleats at a time with one simple action. There are 8 fingers to open the pleats and 8 180 degree fan nozzles to flush and clean both sides of all 8 pleats.

It operates off a garden hose with no splash-back.

Blaster Automatic Filter Cleaner

Blaster 1000 Automatic Filter Cleaner The Blaster Automatic Filter Cleaner prolongs filter life. the Blaster automatically rotates cartridge filters whilst a series of powerful jets direct water to clean between the filter pleats.

The Blaster cleans the filter horizontally allowing the dirt and debris to easily fall from the filter and avoid the risk of it sticking as with vertical or upright cleaning.

To use, simply connect the Blaster to a hose using the hozelock connector (supplied) and rest the spa filter in the Blaster cradle. It takes just a few minutes to clean most filters.

Blaster 1000 for filters up to 20 inches /508mm

Clean 'n Clean

filbur filter cleaner This is a professional grade, fast action spray on cartridge filter cleaner to remove dirt, oils and scale. It is produced by Filbur Manufacturing - the supplier of most of our high grade filter cartridges. Pure 'n Clean melts away calcium, minerals, dirt and oils and works at least as effectively as our powder filter cleaners. The deep penetrating action renews cartridge filter efficiency and flow rate.

Just spray, leave for 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
