What is Sunspot Spa No Foam?

Sunspot Spa No Foam eliminates unsightly foam from your hot tub water.

Why does Hot Tub water foam up?

Unsightly foam on the surface of your hot tub water can sometimes appear when you turn on your pumps.  This foam is caused by undesirable compounds introduced into the water by the people using your tub.  It could be caused by residues of washing powder or fabric conditioner on bathing costumes.  Alternatively it could be caused by deodorants, body lotions, make-up or any number of other products that we all use regularly without thought. 

If you are finding that you are getting a small amount of foaming after your tub has been used heavily then you need Antifoam to eliminate the problem.  However, if you find that you are constantly needing to use Antifoam during normal use then you should think about changing your water and ensuring that everyone showers before bathing.

Directions for Use:

After changing your water:

Add 110ml per 1000 litres (220 gallons) of water directly into the spa.  Ensure the pump is running to circulate the water.

To maintain foam-free water:

Add Sunspot Spa No Foam weekly at a rate of 55ml per 1000 litres (220 gallons) of water when using chlorine, bromine or active oxygen disinfection.

Aquafinesse users should use sparingly as required.
